• Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be returned in unused, original “as-is” condition along with the original price tag attached.
• Once the returned product passes our quality check, a Credit Note equivalent to the product price will be issued.
• The Credit Note will be valid for 30 days (1 month) from the date of issue.
• After 30 days, the Credit Note will automatically expire and cannot be extended or redeemed.
• Kindly note that only the product value will be credited. Shipping or courier charges, if any, are non-refundable.

The Customer agrees to pay any taxes, duties, or charges as applicable under Indian law.

An order is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

PreLoved Pitaras shall not be held responsible for failed or incomplete payments.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the Customer’s location and courier service.

PreLoved Pitaras shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the product is handed over to the courier.

All products listed for sale are provided by verified sellers.

PreLoved Pitaras acts solely as a mediator between sellers and buyers.

Ownership of the product transfers to the Customer upon successful delivery.

PreLoved Pitaras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any preloved product.

Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the transaction value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
