PreLoved Pitaras operates under a strict No Return/No Exchange policy. All sales are final.

A return or replacement shall be permitted only if the product delivered is materially and substantively different from the product ordered.

The Customer acknowledges that all products sold are preloved/second-hand items, and natural signs of usage may be present.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully review and verify all product details, including but not limited to:

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have reviewed all relevant details and accept the product “as is”.

PreLoved Pitaras undertakes basic verification and refurbishment of products, wherever applicable.

However, the Customer accepts that preloved items may contain minor imperfections consistent with prior use, which shall not constitute grounds for return or exchange.

A return request shall be accepted only if:

• The product received is entirely different from the product ordered (e.g., different item, size, or category).

• The Customer notifies PreLoved Pitaras within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Unboxing video proof may be requested to validate the claim.

PreLoved Pitaras reserves the right to approve or reject any return request at its sole discretion.

All prices listed on the platform are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

The Customer agrees to pay any taxes, duties, or charges as applicable under Indian law.

An order is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

PreLoved Pitaras shall not be held responsible for failed or incomplete payments.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the Customer’s location and courier service.

PreLoved Pitaras shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the product is handed over to the courier.

All products listed for sale are provided by verified sellers.

PreLoved Pitaras acts solely as a mediator between sellers and buyers.

Ownership of the product transfers to the Customer upon successful delivery.

PreLoved Pitaras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any preloved product.

Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the transaction value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
