Orders are dispatched between 7 to 8 working days.
Tracking updates will be sent via text message and/or email to the contact details provided at the time of purchase/registration. In case of issues with deliveries, please get in touch with us within 3 calendar days of the relevant tracking update sent, as courier companies often do not entertain claims after this period.
The information provided at the time of purchase/registration will be considered the final shipping address for delivery/pickup of the Product, unless specific instructions to the contrary are communicated by the Buyer to PreLoved Pitaras and PreLoved Pitaras has conveyed its acceptance of such communication to the Buyer before the purchase or dispatch is made.
It is recommended that the Buyer takes videos of opening the packaging and showing the condition of the Products in one continuous recording, as courier companies often require this to consider any loss/damage claim.
In all cases, PreLoved Pitaras, in its discretion, engages various reliable and reputed couriers to pack, handle and deliver the Products. Nevertheless, in the event of loss or damage to the product of any nature whatsoever while in transit, the couriers do not guarantee a refund for the lost or damaged products, and therefore PreLoved Pitaras is unable to provide this guarantee to you. The Buyer acknowledges and confirms that PreLoved Pitaras is not liable for any such loss or damage, and the Buyer shall not claim any sum whatsoever from PreLoved Pitaras, whether by way of costs, losses or damages, as the same is entirely independent of the original contract between PreLoved Pitaras and the Buyer.
Please ensure that you submit complete and accurate delivery and contact details, as we cannot be liable for any loss arising from incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible addresses, email addresses or phone numbers submitted by you.
If we email you to clarify your address because it appears incomplete, please respond within 3 calendar days to avoid delays.
If delivery cannot be completed due to your non-response, or because your delivery or contact details were incorrect or inaccessible, we will refund your order after deducting applicable shipping and payment gateway charges from the refund amount.
